Returns & Exchanges


§ 1 -Returns

We know that ordering clothes online can be a difficult thing to get right. For example, you order a product and it doesn't fit the way you were expecting or you simply don't like the product after all. So rest easy knowing you have 30 days from the time of delivery to return or exchange your purchase for a full refund. If you mail back your purchase on the 30th day and we receive your package on day 31 or 32, for example, we'll still offer you a full refund. If you mail your package after 30 days, we cannot offer a refund, partial or full.

Note that you, the client, are responsible for any shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Please use the following return reason codes when filling out the front of your packing list.

01 - Too Large

02 - Too Small

03 - Didn't Wear Well

04 - Defective

05 - Disliked Styling

06 - Changed Mind

07 - Not as Expected

08 - Ordered Multiple Sizes/Colors

Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

§ 2 - Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

§ 3 - Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

§ 4 - Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

§ 5 - Sale items (If Applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


§ 6 - Exchanges (If Applicable)

Please review the information below to determine which type of exchange will work best for you.

If you are making an exchange by mail, please fill out the back of your packing list to indicate the type of exchange you’d like to make and enclose it in your package.

To Make an Exchange for the Same Item in a Different Size or Color

If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for reshipment of the item to you.

To Make an Exchange For a Different Item

If you are making an exchange for a different item, an additional shipping fee will be applied to your new order.

If the cost of your new item is less than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be credited the price difference, minus the applicable new shipping fee.

If the cost of your new item is more than that of the item you originally ordered, your original method of payment will be charged the price difference, in addition to the applicable new shipping fee.

§ 7 - Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

§ 8 - Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: R&C Address

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise noted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
